\u00c7far\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb:<\/p>\n

1. Fuqizimi i shpejt\u00eb i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe sektorit t\u00eb tyre politik ku aktor\u00ebt e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet Ballkanike. Phase 1<\/p>\n

Creation of a single economic space in the Balkan Peninsula, with a reserve currency, the Serbian dinar and the institution of a leader\/spokesperson of the “Open Balkan Project”, since 2019, according to Rama’s communication in 2018\/2019: Vucic.<\/p>\n

Phase 2<\/p>\n

Agreement of integration treaties with Russian, Eurasian Economic Union. Reduction of talks with the EU , focus on exclusive trade agreements with the EU. Thus opening the EU market to Russia.<\/p>\n

Phase 3<\/p>\n

Dominance of the stronger Serbian economy on the Balkan Peninsula. Integration of the Albanian economies, subordination to the Serbian economy. Spread of Serbian investment throughout the Balkan Peninsula.<\/p>\n

Phase 4<\/p>\n

Serbian-initiated expansion of the rail and road network in the Balkan Peninsula, linked to 2 goals:<\/p>\n

a. Faster movement of goods<\/p>\n

b. Serbian military dominance on the Balkan Peninsula.<\/p>\n

Phase 5<\/p>\n

Serbia’s economic dominance is followed by its political dominance in the Balkan Peninsula, organisation of a unified parliament for the Open Balkan Region.<\/p>\n

Phase 6<\/p>\n

Change of name to: Yugoslavia<\/p>\n

Phase 7<\/p>\n

Withdrawal of the Balkan states from NATO and declaration of neutrality along the lines of the old Yugoslavia, but with partial integration into Moscow’s military complex.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/p>\n

1.Robust reintegration of the Balkan Peninsula from the Western Hemisphere, rapprochement with Moscow\/China.<\/p>\n

2. destabilisation of NATO’s south-western flank and destabilisation of Bulgaria and Hungary as well as Romania.<\/p>\n

3. the dysfunctionality of the democratic system and the rule of law as well as the stabilisation of the criminal autocrats Rama, Vucic, Dodic , Basha ( Tabaku\/Alibeaj) in the Balkans.<\/p>\n

4. mass exodus and economic decline of the Balkan Peninsula, concentration of the economies on the criminal structures and further destabilisation of the eastern EU states.<\/p>\n

5. the “Open Balkans” treaties and\/or agreements have not been cancelled by Albania\/Rama to date. In this respect, the Rama government is organising a double game in the Berlin Process.<\/p>\n

What is to be done:<\/p>\n

1. massive strengthening of civil societies and their political sector, in all Balkan countries whose actors are reliable . This requires experienced leaders, such as the leader of the EPP’s sister party, the DP, Sali Berisha, and others. They have the reliability and our trust that they can stop the reintegration of the Balkans and realise the integration into the EU by 2026, including the inclusion of the Balkan Peninsula into the European Single Market.<\/p>\n

2. political and international neutralisation of the pro-Russian actors: Rama, Vucic, Dodic, Basha (Tabaku\/Alibeaj).<\/p>\n
