{"id":57831,"date":"2023-09-28T11:25:27","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T11:25:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rdnews.al\/?p=57831"},"modified":"2023-09-28T11:25:27","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T11:25:27","slug":"deklarata-e-rames-sot-si-premise-per-shkeputjen-e-veriut-te-kosoves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foltore.al\/index.php\/2023\/09\/28\/deklarata-e-rames-sot-si-premise-per-shkeputjen-e-veriut-te-kosoves\/","title":{"rendered":"Deklarata e Ram\u00ebs sot, si premis\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputjen e Veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nga Tritan SHEHU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dy deklaratat ne dy dite te Rames, jane krejt jashte kontekstit e asaj qe duhet bere.<\/p>\n<p>Tingellojne te ngjashme me \u201cshkembimin e territoreve\u201d, per Serbine e Madhe e \u201cJugosllavine e re\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Para dy ditesh Rama kerkonte nje \u201cKonference te jashtezakoneshme per paqe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Qe mund te coje ne zerimin e cdo gje te eshte arritur prej 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Qe do te thote: Cdo gje fillon nga e para sepse Serbia eshte e vendosur ne agresionin e saj e ne mos njohjen e Kosoves!!!!<\/p>\n<p>Sot nje tjeter \u201cide\u201d e tij:<\/p>\n<p>Veriun e Kosoves ta marre nen kontroll KFOR!<\/p>\n<p>Se pari dua te pyes cfare do te thote me kete?<\/p>\n<p>Sepse Veriu i Kosoves, Komunat e tij jane territor sovran i Kosoves, edhe sipas percaktimit te Gjykates Nderkombetare.<\/p>\n<p>Si i tille ai eshte ne vartesi me Prishtinen ne shume e shume drejtime.<\/p>\n<p>Po keshtu keto komuna duhet te kene pushtetin e tyre lokal, ndryshe nuk ka demokraci e zhvillim.<\/p>\n<p>Pra sinqerisht e pyes perseri:<\/p>\n<p>Cfare do te thote qe Veriu i Kosoves te kaloje nen konrollin e KFOR??<\/p>\n<p>A nuk pregatit nje gje e tille premisat per ndarjen e Veriut nga Kosova?!<\/p>\n<p>Pa asnje dyshim duhet forcuar bashkepunimi midis struturave te rendit e mbrojtjes se Kosoves me KFOR, por kjo nuk do te thote qe te kaloje nen \u201cKontrollin e KFOR\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pa asnje lekundje duhet permiresuar bashkepunimi e kordinimi i Qeverise Kosoves me partneret tane, por kjo nuk do te thote se vendi duhet te kaloje \u201cnen kotrollin e tyre\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Duhet punuar per nje platforme reale per Asociacionin e Komunave serbe ne Veri, por kjo duhet bere ne perputhje me Kustetuten e vendimet e Gjykates Kushtetuese te Kosoves, se kjo nuk mund te jete shkeputje te tyre e as Republica Serbskaja.<\/p>\n<p>Rama me deklaratat e tij te perseritura te jep pershtypjen se ka ngelur i coroditur diku, si nje person me disa padrone.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe tashme nuk di se kujt t\u2019i beje \u201cqejfin\u201d!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Tritan SHEHU Dy deklaratat ne dy dite te Rames, jane krejt jashte kontekstit e asaj qe duhet bere.
