Ismail Qemali nuk rri dot pa b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb kujtimet e tij dhe nj\u00eb koment ironizues p\u00ebr largimin e Princit gjerman nga Shqip\u00ebria:\u00a0<em>\u201cSi nj\u00eb spekulator i falimentuar, Wilhelm Wiedi e kuptoi se nuk mbetej tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se t\u00eb largohej\u201d.<\/em>1<\/p>\n<p>Sjellja e Ismail Qemalit me Princ Wied-in nuk mund t\u00eb merret si tregues i ksenofobis\u00eb t\u00eb Ismail Qemalit se ky kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri me nj\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb si zyrtar i lart\u00eb n\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Osmane q\u00eb kishte pasur marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me europian\u00ebt, kishte kryer misione diplomatike, kishte udh\u00ebtuar n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, ishte p\u00ebrpjekur ta orientonte Perandorin\u00eb Osmane drejt kursit t\u00eb reformave sipas modelit per\u00ebndimor dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e donte edhe p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ismail Qemali ishte njeriu i fundit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb mund t\u00eb akuzohej p\u00ebr ksenofob, ndaj europian\u00ebve. N\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Osmane at\u00eb e kishin akuzuar si ksenoman, ndaj europian\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb episod i ksenomanis\u00eb s\u00eb lider\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai kur Ali Pash\u00eb Tepelena, n\u00eb kuvendin q\u00eb mbajti me krer\u00ebt e Pashall\u00ebkut t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb s\u00eb sotme, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb nisjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs nga Perandoria Osmane kund\u00ebr tij, iu tha krer\u00ebve grek\u00eb:<em>\u00a0\u201cPo ta shikoni paan\u00ebrisht t\u00eb sjellur\u00ebn time ndaj jush, o grek\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb, do t\u00eb gjeni aty provat e qarta t\u00eb besimit dhe nderimit q\u00eb kam pasur p\u00ebr ju kurdoher\u00eb. E cili pasha ju trajtoi si\u00e7 ju kam trajtuar un\u00eb? Kush i mbuloi si un\u00eb prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb tuaj me kaq respekt? Kush tjet\u00ebr ju ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb privilegje sikurse un\u00eb? Se ju keni vendin tuaj n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin tim, se da\u00e7 policia da\u00e7 qeverimi i sundimeve t\u00eb mia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn tuaj\u201d.<\/em>2<\/p>\n<p>Kjo gjuh\u00eb shkonte p\u00ebrtej bashk\u00ebpunimit, ishte gjuha e ksenomanis\u00eb. Dihet se Ali Pasha iu b\u00ebri sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha grek\u00ebve aq sa Janin\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij e kan\u00eb quajtur Athin\u00ebn e re, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb grek\u00ebve t\u00eb shkolluar q\u00eb ishin mbledhur atje n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Stephanos Zotos, nj\u00eb studiues grek, na thot\u00eb se edhe grek\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ksenoman\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb q\u00eb nga krijimi i shtetit t\u00eb tyre dhe e p\u00ebrshkruan k\u00ebshtu ksenomani\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb librin e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur:<em>\u00a0\u201cGrek\u00ebt kan\u00eb vuajtur nga nj\u00eb ksenomani e pash\u00ebrueshme, e cila sot ka prirjen q\u00eb t\u00eb zhduket, pasi turmat e turist\u00ebve t\u00eb zhurmsh\u00ebm vizitojn\u00eb Greqin\u00eb dhe gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb grek\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha shtresat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit\u201d.<\/em>3<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr tregues i ksenomanis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shfaqur edhe grek\u00ebt, ka qen\u00eb ai fenomen q\u00eb Konica e ka quajtur nj\u00eb aspekt t\u00eb levantinizmit shqiptar, dhe q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me p\u00ebrzierjen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve dhe fjalive t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme. Zotos thot\u00eb se grek\u00ebt e kan\u00eb pasur k\u00ebt\u00eb mani, por e kishin kap\u00ebrcyer tanim\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur shkruante ai, n\u00eb vitet gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb:\u00a0<em>\u201cPara luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit gjuh\u00ebt e huaja m\u00ebsoheshin nga grek\u00ebt, m\u00eb shum\u00eb fr\u00ebngjishtja dhe gjermanishtja, dhe mund t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoje shpesh an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb elit\u00ebs athinase t\u00eb p\u00ebrzienin fr\u00ebngjishten me greqishten, me nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje t\u00eb pap\u00eblqyeshme dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificiale, praktikisht n\u00eb \u00e7do bised\u00eb\u201d<\/em>.4<\/p>\n<p>Ksenomania shprehet mbi t\u00eb gjitha me imitimin e paarsyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb modeleve t\u00eb huaja. Branko Merxhani iu t\u00ebrhiqte v\u00ebrejtje shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb 1934, nj\u00eb artikull me titull \u201cJo mballoma\u201d:<em>\u00a0\u201cJemi t\u00eb shtr\u00ebnguar me dashje e pa-dashje t\u00eb ecim p\u00ebr n\u00eb Oksident. Por kjo ecje jon\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim imitimi. Por kjo ecje jon\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim imitimi. P\u00ebrkundra. Ecja jon\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr viset e Oksidentit lypset t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u2019 e sip\u00ebr edhe nj\u00eb ecje triumfale drejt viseve t\u2019 ona, drejt parimeve krijonj\u00ebse t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u2019 on\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, nga Oksidenti kemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb vet\u00ebm, methodhat e punimit, vet\u00ebm qytet\u00ebrimin, por kurr\u00eb kultur\u00ebn. Parimi i sinqert\u00eb dhe i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i Kultur\u00ebs Shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb i fshehur brenda n\u00eb shpirtin e pa-sbuluar, t\u00eb papunuar, t\u00eb panjohur t\u00eb Kombit. M\u00ebsimi, regulla, q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga Europa, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e adoptuar\u00eb nga nj\u00eb Filosofi ose nga nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb e caktuar e asaj bote. Po \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb send i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, q\u00eb ekziston pothua n\u00eb \u00e7do grup dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do far\u00eb profesioni n\u00eb Europ\u00eb\u201d<\/em>.5<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje me vler\u00eb edhe sot, kur shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb procesin e integrimit n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian, jan\u00eb t\u00eb prirur t\u00eb imitojn\u00eb modele n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat, pa vrar\u00eb mendjen si t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatin ato me realitetin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rastet e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve me t\u00eb huajt, duhen ve\u00e7uar ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet miq\u00ebsore dhe t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut me Papa Piun II, dhe me pap\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb fronin pontifikal n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeu i priu luft\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve kund\u00ebr turqve. Studiuesi amerikan Edwin Jacquez i p\u00ebrmbledh k\u00ebshtu marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e Sk\u00ebnderbeut me Pap\u00ebt n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tij:<em>\u00a0\u201cPapa Piu II dhe Papa Pali II e cil\u00ebsonin luft\u00ebtarin me dashuri si \u2018Gideoni i Krishter\u00eb\u2019, \u2018Shpata e Krishterimit\u2019, \u2018Shtylla e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb\u2019, \u2018Makabeu i Ri\u2019, \u2018Tmerri i Islamizmit\u2019. N\u00eb shenj\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjeje qyteti i Rom\u00ebs ngriti nj\u00eb shtatore t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb luft\u00ebtarit mbi kal\u00eb n\u00eb sheshin pran\u00eb Koloseut, i cili mban ende emrin Piazza Albanese\u201d<\/em>.6<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 1456, Sk\u00ebnderbeu u em\u00ebrua nga Papa Kaliksti III, Kapiten i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i Selis\u00eb s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur flitet p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e shqiptar\u00ebve me t\u00eb huajt, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se shumica e t\u00eb huajve jan\u00eb mrekulluar nga shqiptar\u00ebt, madje edhe n\u00eb \u00e7astet m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Francezi Gabriel Louis-Jaray, i cili e vizitoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb 1914, n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vitet m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, shkruan megjithat\u00eb me shum\u00eb optimiz\u00ebm p\u00ebr tan \u00eb librin e tij \u201cN\u00eb mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e re t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d:\u00a0<em>\u201cI till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ky shtet i ri, i lindur n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shekullit XX nga grahmat e fundit t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Nga thell\u00ebsia e historis\u00eb, ku ndoshta la luajtur dikur rolin kryesor, shqiptari u ringjall nga forca e ndjenjave t\u00eb pavdekshme. A do t\u00eb dij\u00eb ai t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet me mjedisin ku rilindi, apo, i ardhur tep\u00ebr von\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, do t\u2019 i ngjasoj\u00eb nj\u00eb vizioni kalimtar t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb shkuare q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019 u zhdukur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mes popujve q\u00eb e rrethojn\u00eb? P\u00ebr t\u2019 u zhdukur as q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb. Cilido qoft\u00eb fati i tij, raca dhe ndjenja komb\u00ebtare do t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb\u201d<\/em>.7<\/p>\n<p>Pse shqiptar\u00ebt iu ngjallnin nj\u00eb entuziaz\u00ebm t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb huajve edhe n\u00eb \u00e7astet m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr ta? Me \u00e7far\u00eb i b\u00ebnin p\u00ebr vete shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb huajt si ky? Ndoshta me at\u00eb sjelljen \u00e7armatos\u00ebse shqiptare, q\u00eb sikur iu thot\u00eb t\u00eb huajve se: Ne shqiptar\u00ebt, me vetit\u00eb tona t\u00eb k\u00ebqija n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit nuk i b\u00ebjm\u00eb keq askujt p\u00ebrve\u00e7 vetes son\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa me vetit\u00eb tona t\u00eb mira mir\u00ebpresim si mik me t\u00eb gjitha nderimet e mundshme \u00e7do njeri q\u00eb na troket n\u00eb der\u00eb. Dhe si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Poeti, vetit\u00eb tona mund t\u00eb ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb arrira, por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka akoma koh\u00eb. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb koh\u00eb europiane, sepse ne jemi europian\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse doni t\u00eb na njihni m\u00eb mir\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri cherchez le poete! Por k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb tonin jo a\u00eb anglez. Ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb Shkrimtarin. Dhe ai (Ismail Kadare) ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201c<em>T\u00eb duash\u00a0Europ\u00ebn? T\u00eb duhesh prej\u00a0Europ\u00ebs. Nuk ishin vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb pas ndarjes me vetmin\u00eb e tyre proverbiale, ishin kapur nga ethet e kontinentit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e gadishullit ishin n\u00eb to. T\u00eb jesh europian. T\u00eb b\u00ebhesh i till\u00eb. S\u00eb fundi, t\u00eb vihesh p\u00ebrpara pyetjes me ngjyrim hamletian: T\u00eb b\u00ebsh apo t\u00eb mos b\u00ebsh pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn e bashkuar. Si\u00e7 ndodhte shpesh me fjal\u00ebt e princit danez, ato e merrnin aty p\u00ebr aty p\u00ebrmas\u00ebn universale. Ishte fjala p\u00ebr strategjin\u00eb gjeopolitike, kultur\u00ebn, qytet\u00ebrimin, ekonomin\u00eb, shkurt p\u00ebr fatin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb ballkanasve. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata kishin pasur stin\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb nxehta apo t\u00eb ftohta me kontinentin; kalonin nga p\u00ebrndezja tek akullsimi, nga dashuria te m\u00ebria, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar te smira p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb besonin se kishte nj\u00eb or\u00eb t\u00eb prov\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb vinte dhe ca borxhe q\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb shlyheshin. Shqiptar\u00ebt kishin bindjen se, pavar\u00ebsisht nga rrjedha e historis\u00eb, ata ishin m\u00eb europian\u00eb se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Rrjedhimisht e donin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kushdo Europ\u00ebn dhe, sipas tyre, mjaftonte kjo q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb se kushdo meritonin t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin pjes\u00eb e saj. T\u00eb qen\u00ebt europian\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, bazohej, sipas tyre, te kujtimet paraosmane, te aleancat e Kastriotit me Europ\u00ebn dhe te prania e fort\u00eb katolike si popullsi dhe si qytet\u00ebrim. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit b\u00ebnte pjes\u00eb\u00a0alfabeti latin, q\u00eb\u00a0 Shqip\u00ebria, ndon\u00ebse ende n\u00ebn pushtimin osman, mendjemadh\u00ebsisht, sipas m\u00eb t\u00eb shquarit shkrimtar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, e kishte zgjedhur si alfabet komb\u00ebtar\u201d<\/em>.8<\/p>\n<p>Kush jemi ne shqiptar\u00ebt? Ne jemi nga europian\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, kemi qen\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, jemi shk\u00ebputur me dhun\u00eb prej saj, jemi rikthyer n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, kemi humbur di\u00e7ka n\u00eb shekuj nga europianizmi yn\u00eb, por pastaj e kemi rigjeneruar ashtu si\u00e7 rigjenerohet nj\u00eb plag\u00eb. Kur u shk\u00ebput\u00ebm me dhun\u00eb nga Europa i fsheh\u00ebm n\u00eb gji veglat e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb shpirtit europian, q\u00eb i mor\u00ebm nga tryeza e Rilindjes Europiane, ku ishim pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb me karrigen ton\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Sk\u00ebnderbeut. Me k\u00ebto vegla improvizuam di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re, nj\u00eb shpikje ton\u00ebn, harmonin\u00eb dhe toleranc\u00ebn mes kat\u00ebr feve, a ndoshta pes\u00eb apo gjasht\u00eb, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb shtojm\u00eb sot edhe hebrenjt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb ringjallur si komunitet dhe protestant\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq ne ende nuk shikojm\u00eb\u00a0p\u00ebrtej pragut t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq kjo e p\u00ebrshkon edhe realitetin e sot\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror. Ne jemi nj\u00eb popull i kontrasteve. Kontrastet ekzistojn\u00eb dhe brenda karakterit ton\u00eb individual. Ne jemi t\u00eb rezervuar por individualist\u00eb, bujar\u00eb, por vuajm\u00eb nga kot\u00ebsia, mikprit\u00ebs, por edhe hakmarr\u00ebs, e mbajm\u00eb fjal\u00ebn por jemi edhe dyshues, mund t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, por nuk duam t\u2019ia dim\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhet pas gardhit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb son\u00eb, jemi trima, por n\u00eb betejat q\u00eb i zgjedh vet\u00eb secili nga ne.<\/p>\n<p>Akoma doni t\u00eb dini kush jemi ne shqiptar\u00ebt? P\u00ebr t\u2019ju p\u00ebrgjigjur k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje, n\u00ebse nuk besoni ato q\u00eb themi ne shqiptar\u00ebt, duhet t\u00eb lexoni Bajronin, Ismail Kadaren\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebni at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, kur k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb njihen banor\u00ebt e tij, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoni p\u00ebr t\u00eb lexuar libra q\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjigjen k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje.<\/p>\n<p>Ne mendojm\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb huajt p\u00ebr ne, por nuk mendojm\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar vetveten. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt sigurisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar se \u00e7far\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb huajt p\u00ebr ta, por ato q\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb huajt i gjykojn\u00eb me sy kritik. Ashtu si\u00e7 e gjykojn\u00eb edhe veten. Ne akoma nuk kemi m\u00ebsuar ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.
