Po sipas Indeksit Fischer, q\u00eb nga viti 2013, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb viti baz\u00eb, deri n\u00eb 6 muorin e par\u00eb 2022, indeksi i \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave u rrit me af\u00ebrsisht 110%, shum\u00eb m\u00eb lart se shtetet e Bashkimit Europian ku q\u00eb nga nga viti 2010 deri n\u00eb 3-mujorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb 2022, apartamentet jan\u00eb shtrenjtuar me 48%.<\/p>\n<p>Tirana dhe bregdeti, m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjtat<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, apartamentet jan\u00eb shtrenjtuar me ritme t\u00eb shpejta.
