IndiaTimes raporton se emri i Alabbar-it p\u00ebrmendet si si nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb akuzuarit dhe si nj\u00eb person n\u00eb dijeni\u00a0p\u00ebr faktet e rrethanat n\u00eb njoftimin e l\u00ebshuar nga hetuesit e policis\u00eb s\u00eb krimit ekonomik. Sipas saj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb njoftim shkruhet: \u201cJu informojm\u00eb se ka baza t\u00eb arsyeshme q\u00eb ju t\u00eb pyeteni p\u00ebr faktet dhe rrethanat n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb hetimit aktual.\u201d<\/p>\n

Patni akuzoi se Emaar India Limited, kreu mashtrim dhe vep\u00ebr penale duke u shitur sht\u00ebpi qytetar\u00ebve indian\u00eb n\u00eb projektin Palm Garden.<\/p>\n Projekti rezidencial u lan\u00e7ua n\u00eb vitin 2010 dhe kompania u kishte premtuar bler\u00ebsve se do t\u2019i dor\u00ebzonte sht\u00ebpit\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn shtator-dhjetor 2015. Sipas akuz\u00ebs, kompania mori parat\u00eb nga bler\u00ebsit dhe i orientoi ato n\u00eb q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tjera duke shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme p\u00ebrfundimin e projektit.<\/p>\n Po k\u00ebshtu qytetari ka akuzuar se kompania ka mashtruar me projektin dhe se nuk ishte pajisur me lejet e nevojshme nga autoritetet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb shiti apartamentet.
