Policia b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se ka ndaluar dhe arrestuar nj\u00ebrin prej autor\u00ebve t\u00eb vrasjes s\u00eb\u00a0Edmond Pap\u00ebs, shtetasin Albano Velo, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb djali i nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi policie.<\/p>\n
Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas ndalimit t\u00eb Albano Velos, Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pezullimin nga detyra t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, inspektor Dilaver Velo, me detyr\u00eb trup sh\u00ebrbimi n\u00eb Seksionin e Patrull\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 4, Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Burimet e policis\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se, Albano Velo, 30-vje\u00e7, i lindur n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet dhe banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb rolin e personit i cili ka v\u00ebzhguar l\u00ebvizjet e viktim\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas, k\u00ebto informacione ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb ekzekutorit fizik, i cili rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb 44-vje\u00e7ar me inicialet A.B., i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n
Kamerat e siguris\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndihmuar grupin e hetimit t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e autor\u00ebvve dhe nj\u00eb makin\u00eb tip \u201cAudi\u201d e p\u00ebrdorur prej tyre, para se t\u00eb kryenin vrasjen dhe pas, p\u00ebr t\u2019u larguar.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb funksion t\u00eb hetimeve, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb e Prokuroris\u00eb dhe vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, disa persona jan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjim telefonik dhe ambiental, duke ndihmuar k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb dokumentimin e k\u00ebsaj ngjarje.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb hetimeve, Policia sekuestroi makin\u00ebn tip \u201cAudi\u201d dhe 3 telefon\u00eb celular\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen akt-ekspertimit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb 30-vje\u00e7ari u arrestua pasi u kthye nga Franca, ku ishte larguar rreth 4 dit\u00eb pas vrasjes.<\/p>\n
Hetuesit nuk konfirmojn\u00eb ende zyrtarisht motivin e vrasjes s\u00eb shtetasit Edmond\u00a0Papa, por burime than\u00eb se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e p\u00ebrplasjes s\u00eb grupeve kriminale q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Greqi.<\/p>\n
Dyshohet se ajo mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb lidhje me atentatin ndaj\u00a0 Aleksander Sadikajt, i cili mbeti i vrar\u00eb kur makina e tij u hodh n\u00eb er\u00eb me nj\u00eb min\u00eb t\u00eb komanduar n\u00eb distanc\u00eb teksa po i afrohej rrethrrotullimit t\u00eb TEG-ut n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 2022.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb rrjetin e tij social \u201cFacebook\u201d, konstatohet se Albano Velo ka pasur lidhje shoq\u00ebrore me Aleksand\u00ebr Sadikajn. Ai ka postuar fotografi nga resorti i tij n\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ka edhe disa postime me arm\u00eb e shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha parash, si dhe me babain e tij q\u00eb pozon i veshur me uniform\u00eb policie.<\/p>\n
Policia e Shtetit njoftoi se ka pezulluar nga detyra babain e 30-vje\u00e7arit, nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs policie n\u00eb Patrull\u00ebn e P\u00ebrgjithshme dhe se po kryen hetime t\u00eb thelluara mbi t\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket ekzekutorit, policia ka qen\u00eb deri tani tep\u00ebr diskrete.<\/p>\n
Dyshohet q\u00eb edhe ai t\u00eb ket\u00eb lidhje shoq\u00ebrore me Velon dhe Sadikajn, por zyrtarisht policia nuk ka konfirmuar deri tani asnj\u00eb pist\u00eb t\u00eb motivit t\u00eb krimit. Dyshohet se vras\u00ebsi q\u00eb qelloi me 7 plumba mbi Aleksand\u00ebr Pap\u00ebn mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb larguar nga Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n
