Inspektori Geraldo Nela, me detyr\u00eb Trup\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi pran\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb C\u00ebrrik \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar dit\u00ebn e sotme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Njoftimi i Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb dat\u00eb 21.12.2022, nga Drejtoria Rajonale e AMP-s\u00eb Elbasan-Kor\u00e7\u00eb, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, u krye arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja e kryer duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn\u201d parashikuar nga neni 135 i Kodit Penal, i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspektor G. N., 24 vje\u00e7, me detyr\u00eb Trup\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi pran\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb C\u00ebrrik.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Arrestimi i k\u00ebtij shtetasi u krye n\u00eb kushtet e flagranc\u00ebs n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb veprimeve procedurale t\u00eb autorizuara nga ana e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, n\u00eb lidhje me kall\u00ebzimin e shtetasit S. K., me banim n\u00eb Marinz\u00eb, Belsh, i cili n\u00eb kall\u00ebzimin e tij pretendonte se gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrolli t\u00eb ushtruar pran\u00eb familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.12.2022, k\u00ebtij shtetasi i ishte vjedhur nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 30 mij\u00eb euro n\u00eb ambientet e jashtme t\u00eb banes\u00ebs n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje dhe si rezultat i pun\u00ebs hetimore t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, u b\u00eb e mundur kapja dhe arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb inspektor G. N.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale u b\u00eb sekuestrimi i shum\u00ebs prej 30 mij\u00eb euro q\u00eb ky punonj\u00ebs policie ia kishte vjedhur shtetasit S.
