Kjo mbledhje \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, si n\u00eb rrafshin elektoral edhe politik. P\u00ebrfunduan me sukses p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se n\u00eb dy deg\u00eb, zgjedhjet e kandidat\u00ebve p\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb bashkive t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n
Ky ishte nj\u00eb proces i cili zhvillohej p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb proporcion, transparenc\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebmarrje. PD n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me p\u00ebrcaktimet e statutit t\u00eb rithemelimit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb 11 dhjetorit, b\u00ebri realitet premtimin e saj dhe sanksionimin e k\u00ebtij premtimi, se pushtetar\u00ebt vendor\u00eb dhe ata qendror, deputet\u00ebt do t\u00eb zgjidhen me vot\u00ebn e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe simpatizant\u00ebve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb gar\u00eb pati mbi 200 kandidatura, n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar dhe t\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, por n\u00eb gar\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb shquar n\u00eb emigracion.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gar\u00eb, e para me k\u00ebto standarde n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vendit, votuan p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e par\u00eb t\u00eb bashkive, rreth 55 mij\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe simpatizant\u00eb t\u00eb PD. Kurr\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parti kaq vota nuk jan\u00eb hedhur. Ky votim tejkaloi t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn me 15 % t\u00eb gjitha votimet e tjera.<\/p>\n
