Ministrja e Energjis\u00eb dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs Belinda Balluku, ka mbajtur fjal\u00ebn e saj n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur akuzave t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs lidhur me projektin e Portit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n
Balluku tha se ky projekt do e shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb Portin e Durr\u00ebsit n\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhin n\u00eb Mesdhe dhe se kapaciteti i tij nuk matet me numrin e jahteve.<\/p>\n
Po ashtu ministrja e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb tha se Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nga ky projekt 700 metra plazh me zhvendosjen e portit ekzistues.<\/p>\n
M\u00eb tej Balluku tha se me k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt, Durr\u00ebsi do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me dy porte, portin e ri q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nga kompania e Alabar dhe portin e mallrave q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb Porto Romano dhe do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb 390 mln euro.<\/p>\n
Sipas ministres porti duhet t\u00eb zhvendoset n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb industriale ku do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb hekurudha q\u00eb do ta lidh\u00eb me Prishtin\u00ebn dhe RMV-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n
\u201cFat q\u00eb porti i ri do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb 2 mln euro. Mos iu referoni shifrave t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, i nxjerr nga koka ju e dini m\u00eb mir\u00eb se un\u00eb. Nuk ekziston ky lloj kuotimi p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Portit t\u00eb ri, do ua them un\u00eb tani. Do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet me kapacitetet e Autoritetit Portual t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit dhe se ka k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohet. Gjithashtu edhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit se \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e k\u00ebtij shteti q\u00eb t\u00eb modernizoj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn detare dhe kushton 390 mln euro. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet se nuk ka mund\u00ebsi akomoduese porti i Durr\u00ebsit dhe nuk mund t\u00eb investojm\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00eb portuale.
