Punimet parashikohet q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb 2025-n, nd\u00ebrsa pas vendosjes s\u00eb traut, tarifa minimale p\u00ebr automjetet pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb 2 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Procedurat e tenderimit u hap\u00ebn n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Aksi Lekaj-Fier \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e segmentit t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs Milot-Fier. Vlera e investimit p\u00ebr 3 lotet, ku p\u00ebrfshihet edhe aksi Lekaj-Fier, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej 115 kilometrash n\u00eb total, parashikohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb rreth 837 milion\u00eb euro. Pra jan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 7 milion\u00eb euro q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb private do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga qeveria, e cila ka d\u00ebshmuar edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr se kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr koncesionet nuk e njeh kriz\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb ka njoftuar dje shpalljen e kompanis\u00eb fituese q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb 46 kilometrat e segmentit Lekaj-Fier. Kontrata koncesionare, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb dokumentin zyrtar, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje 35- vje\u00e7are, nd\u00ebrsa tarifa q\u00eb do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb llogari t\u00eb koncesionarit q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb grupim i 8 shoq\u00ebrive, \u201cFusha\u201d sh.p.k., \u201cAgbes Construksion\u201d sh.p.k., \u201cAlbavia\u201d sh.p.k., \u201cKupa\u201d sh.p.k., \u201cAnte-Group\u201d sh.p.k., \u201cKlodioda\u201d sh.p.k. \u201cA.L.T.E.A. &amp; Geostudio 2000\u201d sh.p.k. dhe \u201cSphaera\u201d sh.p.k. do t\u00eb jet\u00eb 320 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb kosto e konsiderueshme duke marr\u00eb parasysh faktin q\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me rehabilitimin e nj\u00eb rruge ekzistuese. P\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e kontraktimit, kompanit\u00eb q\u00eb u shpall\u00ebn fituese n\u00eb gar\u00ebn pa konkurrent\u00eb, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen e k\u00ebtij segmenti me parametrat e Bashkimit Evropian, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb lejohet shpejt\u00ebsia 130 kilometra n\u00eb or\u00eb nga 90 km q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht, planifikohet q\u00eb t\u00eb shpenzojn\u00eb 7 milion\u00eb euro. Gjurma e k\u00ebsaj rruge fillon pran\u00eb\u00a0zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Luzit t\u00eb vog\u00ebl(Lekaj) me mbarimin e aksit Kashar\u2013Lekaj dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb fillimin e \u201cBypass\u201d-it t\u00eb Fierit (pran\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbrostarit). Rruga do t\u00eb jet\u00eb me pages\u00eb dhe tarifa minimale pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb 2 euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJEKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00eb e autostrad\u00ebs Milot-Fier jan\u00eb edhe segmentet Milot-Thuman\u00eb dhe Kashar-Lekaj me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej 115 kilometrash. Por pjesa m\u00eb e madhe, pra gati 62 kilometra, jan\u00eb rrug\u00eb ekzistuese, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb rehabilitohen nga kompanit\u00eb e shpallura fituese t\u00eb koncesionit dhe vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej 53 kilometrash \u00ebsht\u00eb rrug\u00eb e re. Procedurat e tenderimit p\u00ebr aksin MilotThuman\u00eb, i cili do t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb 44.6 milion\u00eb euro dhe Kashar-Lekaj me nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritur mbi vler\u00ebn 474 milion\u00eb euro jan\u00eb ende t\u00eb hapura.
