Sot n\u00eb Samitin (mbledhjen e nivelit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb) e Berlinit, n\u00eb pranin\u00eb e kancelarit gjerman Olaf Schulz dhe Presidentes s\u00eb Komisionit Evropian, Ursula von der Leyen, drejtuesit e Kosov\u00ebs, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovines, Malit te Zi, Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut dhe Serbis\u00eb firmos\u00ebn Marr\u00ebveshjen mbi l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb me karta identiteti n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, Marr\u00ebveshjen mbi njohjen e diplomave t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor dhe Marr\u00ebveshjen p\u00ebr njohjen e kualifikimeve profesionale t\u00eb mjek\u00ebve, dentist\u00ebve, arkitekt\u00ebve n\u00eb kontekstin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr tregtin\u00eb e lir\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Qendrore.<\/p>\n

Bashkimi Evropian do t\u2019i ndihmoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor me nj\u00eb fond disa qindra milion\u00eb euro, i cili do t\u00eb livrohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar emergjenc\u00ebn e furnizimit me energji elektrike n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dim\u00ebr shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb 2022-2023. Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb marr\u00eb 80 milion\u00eb euro, nd\u00ebrsa Kosova 75 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i Samitit, sipas zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb gjermane, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia, Mali i Zi, Bosnj\u00eb e Hercegovina, Maqedonia e Veriut, Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria t\u2019i afrohen edhe me shume an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Procesit t\u00eb Berlinit. Ky proces ka nisur n\u00eb vitin 2014, me iniciativ\u00ebn e kancelares s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme gjermane, Angela Merkel.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet kryesore t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi jan\u00eb (i) p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit rajonal dhe (ii)integrimi evropian i rajonit t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor. Procesi p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, sh\u00ebrbimeve, mallrave dhe kapitalit.<\/p>\n

Me n\u00ebnshkrimin e tre marr\u00ebveshjeve baz\u00eb n\u00eb Samitin e Berlinit, sot ka marr\u00eb fund projekti hegjemon serb \u201cBallkani i Hapur\u201d dhe ka triumfuar Procesi i Berlinit. Presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, ky k\u00ebrcenues i hapur i siguris\u00eb dhe stabilitetit ne rajon, me ide dhe me mjete ushtarake, nuk ka pasur fytyr\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb sot n\u00eb Samit.<\/p>\n

Lideri Global Edi Rama, megjith\u00eb mask\u00ebn buz\u00ebqesh\u00ebse q\u00eb sot i vuri fytyr\u00ebs, ishte personi m\u00eb i trishtuar n\u00eb Samit, pse Presidenti serb mungonte. Rama mentor dhe v\u00eblla ka Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in, nd\u00ebrsa Albin Kurtin e ka shok dhe t\u00eb njohur(!).<\/p>\n

Procesi gjysmak \u201cBallkani i Hapur\u201d prodhoi nj\u00eb dyshe Vu\u00e7i\u00e7-Rama, sa absurde aq edhe minuese t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb integrimit komb\u00ebtar shqiptar n\u00eb rajon, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova, me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces surogat, me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs vet\u00ebm gjysm\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, u ndje e tradh\u00ebtuar, e injoruar dhe p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht iu d\u00ebmtua realisht perspektiva e integrimit rajonal.<\/p>\n

Sot n\u00eb samitin e Berlinit, p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsit\u00eb e rajonit gjet\u00ebn vendin e tyre dhe kryesuesi i takimit, Kancelari gjerman Olaf Scholz, b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr normalizimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit, nd\u00ebrsa theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara nga 6 vendet p\u00ebr let\u00ebrnjoftimet dhe diplomat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
