K\u00ebshilli i Europ\u00ebs ka reaguar pas vendimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb \u00e7oi n\u00eb mbylljen e shkollave turke n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, respektivisht kolegjin ‘Mehmet Akif’ dhe kopshtin ‘Zubeyde Hanim’.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb grup prej 20 deputet\u00ebsh t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb Parlamentare t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb ku shprehen t\u00eb alarmuar p\u00ebr vendimin arbitrar t\u00eb autoriteteve shqiptare.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb reagimin zyrtar thuhet se jurist\u00ebt, akademik\u00ebt dhe shoq\u00ebria civile, e cil\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb si arbitrar dhe se shkak p\u00ebr marrjen e vendimit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb roli i Erdogan te qeveria shqiptare.<\/p>\n
KiE i b\u00ebn thirrje qeveris\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb ta ndjek\u00eb si rast dhe t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb shtetin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
Reagimi i KiE<\/strong><\/p>\n M\u00eb 22 shtator 2022, qeveria shqiptare anuloi dy institucione arsimore turke p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb procedure t\u00eb pretenduar zhvendosjeje. Kjo mbyllje u vler\u00ebsua nga jurist\u00ebt, akademik\u00ebt dhe shoq\u00ebria civile si nj\u00eb vendim arbitrar i qeveris\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb autoriteteve turke.<\/p>\n P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se shtat\u00eb vjet, politika e jashtme turke e b\u00ebri misionin e saj mbylljen e institucioneve arsimore t\u00eb perceptuara si t\u00eb sikletshme p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb Erdogan. Presidenti turk p\u00ebrdori pesh\u00ebn e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontaktuar autoritetet shqiptare dhe qeverit\u00eb e tjera duke k\u00ebrkuar mbylljen e shkollave t\u00eb themeluara nga nj\u00eb grup i caktuar shtetasish turq, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin n\u00eb opozit\u00eb. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr mbylljen e shkollave u pasuan shpesh me rr\u00ebmbime dhe ekstradime t\u00eb paligjshme.<\/p>\n Rastet e rr\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve turq kan\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin skenar n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Moldavis\u00eb (shih Doc. 14649\u201cThirrja e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Moldavis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur sundimin e ligjit\u201d) dhe kan\u00eb \u00e7uar n\u00eb d\u00ebnimin e vendit nga Gjykata Evropiane e t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut.
