Blendi Gonxhes, po ju shtoj edhe une disa gonxhe.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kontratat e shitblerjes se automjeteve qe eshte shkrese e thjeshte, dhe qytetaret mund ta bejne vete dhe me pas ta regjistrojne te DPSHTRR, sic e thote Kodi Civil i R.Sh, por jo, Blendi Gonxhja nuk e njeh Kodin Civil edhe mbas dhjetra ankesave qe une si avokat kam bere institucioneve pergjegjese, me rregullore ka<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>nxjerre qe kete kontrate e shkruan ne kompjuter dhe i faturon 14 mij lek qytetarit vetem Blendi.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Blendi Gonxhe si multilingual, ka hequr perkthimet e kontratave te shitblerjes te huaja te mjetit dhe te dokumentave shoqeruese te mjetit kur regjistrohen mjetet te DRSHTRR, me pretendimin per te ndihmuar xhepat e qytetareve. Por jo, qellimi i tyre eshte te manipulojne dokumentacionin dhe punonjesi mos te mbaje pergjegjesi sepse nuk njeh gjuhen dhe nuk e merr vesh kush eshte shitesi dhe bleresi apo te dhenat teknike te mjetit (fuqia motorrike, ngjyra, etj).
