Edi Rama u kthye nga Brukseli dhe nxori orkestr\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar nj\u00eb dat\u00eb q\u00eb ka 10 vjet q\u00eb e mban peng.<\/p>\n

Festoi si\u00e7 e ka zakon, edhe para kat\u00ebr vjet\u00ebsh, me dekorata, shampanj\u00eb dhe fishekzjarr\u00eb hapjen e negociatave duke i g\u00ebnjyer shqiptar\u00ebt sy p\u00ebr sy, se negociatat ishin hapur.<\/p>\n

Ngriti flamurin e BE nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb vlerat e saj i n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmb \u00e7do dit\u00eb. Mjaft t\u00eb kujtoni fyerjet n\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb vendeve europiane kur i kritikuan amnistin\u00eb fiskale.<\/p>\n

Foli si monist p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn dhe e konsideroi t\u00eb ndar\u00eb, duke i mbyllur syt\u00eb para bashkimit t\u00eb madh popullor dhe opozitar m\u00eb 7 korrik.<\/p>\n

Partia Demokratike e ka p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur dhe do ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb hezitim procesin e \u00e7eljes s\u00eb negociatave, duke theksuar se ato i hapen Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe prirjes europiane t\u00eb vendit, jo qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ne jemi partia e integrimit, e ides\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb tij, e n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb MSA, paraqitjes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr pranimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si vend an\u00ebtar ne BE, liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave dhe marrjes s\u00eb statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat nga Komisioni, t\u00eb cilin e bllokoi Edi Rama.<\/p>\n

Jemi partia e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb NATO.
\nSi t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe si shqiptar\u00eb, duam t\u00eb ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije disa teza t\u00eb ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb lidhje me at\u00eb q\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si \u2018\u00e7elje negociatash\u2019 dhe procesin n\u00eb vijim:<\/p>\n

-P\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar negociatat, vendi kandidat duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm kriteret politike, t\u00eb tjerat duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushen gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb negociatave;<\/p>\n

-N\u00ebse vendi nuk b\u00ebn progres negociata ngecin n\u00eb vend;<\/p>\n

-\u00c7do vend an\u00ebtar mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb mbyllje ose hapjen e kapitujve t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit;<\/p>\n

-Secili vend an\u00ebtar mund t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb avancimin e negociatave, n\u00ebse nuk p\u00ebrmbushen kriteret e k\u00ebrkuara. Reagimi i Bundestagut gjerman dje ishte i qart\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb.<\/p>\n

-BE nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb thjesht v\u00ebzhguese dhe k\u00ebshilluese n\u00eb proceset e brendshme nga sot e tutje. Kjo do t\u00eb rris\u00eb presionin mbi qeverin\u00eb dhe do t\u2019ia b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb t\u00eb metat dhe hilet me propagand\u00eb.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se, p\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebn procesi i negociatave \u00ebsht\u00eb mision i pamundur.<\/p>\n
