Qeveria bashk\u00eb me oligark\u00ebt kan\u00eb n\u00eb plan p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar biznesin e vog\u00ebl dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm,\u201d\u00a0tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIshin 200 mij\u00eb biznese n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs dhe tani jan\u00eb 108 mij\u00eb biznese.
