M\u00eb her\u00ebt Flamur Noka deklaroi se Lulzim Bash\u00ebs q\u00eb prej vitit 2017 iu ngarkua misioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar opozit\u00ebn dhe Partin\u00eb Demokratike.<\/p>\n
