Koh\u00ebt e fundit\u00a0kemi par\u00eb me shqet\u00ebsim sjelljen jo-diplomatike dhe nd\u00ebrhyrjet e paprecedenta t\u00eb Ambasadores t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, Znj. Yuri Kim n\u00eb ekuilibrat e brisht\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb dhe institucioneve shqiptare.<\/p>\n
Q\u00ebndrimet e Znj. Yuri Kim bien ndesh jo vet\u00ebm me statusin e saj diplomatik dhe nenin 41 t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Vjen\u00ebs, por kan\u00eb c\u00ebnuar fort aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e vendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb serioze ndaj nj\u00eb qeverie q\u00eb vet\u00eb Departamenti Amerikan i Shtetit n\u00eb raportet e veta, e klasifikon thell\u00ebsisht t\u00eb korruptuar.<\/p>\n
Intimidimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm ndaj forcave opozitare, nd\u00ebrhyrja n\u00eb procesin e tyre te votimeve te brendshme apo trysnia q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nga Znj. Kim jan\u00eb shum\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese pasi minojn\u00eb demokracin\u00eb dhe rrezikojn\u00eb stabilitetin e vendit.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb 100 vjetorin e vendosjes s\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve diplomatike Amerikano-Shqiptare, shikojm\u00eb me trishtim se imazhi i Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjeve brutale t\u00eb znj. Kim n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e brendshme t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjithsesi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mysafire.<\/p>\n
Demokracia Amerikane q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet \u00ebndrra e modeli i shumic\u00ebs d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i lidh me SHBA nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb e thell\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjeje e partneriteti, na m\u00ebson q\u00eb asnj\u00eb qytetar me dinjitet nuk duhet t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj trajtimi dhe \u201cdiplomacie\u201d!<\/p>\n

Si qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe miq t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb Departamentit Amerikan te Shtetit q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e SHBA n\u00eb Shqiperi, Znj. Yuri Kim t’i p\u00ebrmbahet statusit diplomatik dhe t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet brutale n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e brendshme dhe institucionet shqiptare!<\/p>\n
Ne kemi bindjen se vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb diplomaci korrekte ndihmon demokracin\u00eb ton\u00eb dhe frenon d\u00ebmtimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb imazhit \u00a0t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb tek shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sot e k\u00ebsaj dite e konsiderojn\u00eb at\u00eb tempullin e liris\u00eb dhe demokracis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

“Ambassador Kim, Enough is Enough!”<\/p>\n
We are extremely concerned by the undiplomatic and unprecedented interference of the US Ambassador, Ms. Yuri Kim, in the work of Albanian institutions, thereby threatening their fragile equilibrium.<\/p>\n
Ambassador Kim has publicly exerted pressure on opposition forces, she has continuously intimidated and interfered with the opposition\u2019s internal voting process. Moreover, she has explicitly sought to influence the related judicial process. This is of great concern as it undermines democracy and threatens national stability.<\/p>\n
Ambassador Kim\u2019s actions, which are in breach of her diplomatic status and of Article 41 of the Vienna Convention, have severely affected the country\u2019s ability to maintain a serious opposition to a government that the US State Department has described in its own reports as deeply corrupt.<\/p>\n
In this centenary year of Albanian-American diplomatic relations we note with disappointment that the reputation of the United States of America has reached an unprecedented low point in Albania, as a result of the undiplomatic interference of Ambassador Kim in the internal issues of Albanian politics.<\/p>\n
The majority of Albanians still aspire to the American model of democracy and feel a deep sense of gratitude and partnership with the USA. This model tells us that no citizen should accept the type of \u201cdiplomacy\u201d that overrules basic democratic principles.<\/p>\n
The diplomatic style that we have seen in recent years doesn\u2019t represent the principles and values of \u00a0American democracy.<\/p>\n
Therefore, we now call upon all Albanians, at home and abroad, who believe that democracy is secured with the free vote, the verdict of the majority and not through intrigues or manipulation, to sign the petition \u201cAmbassador Yuri Kim, Enough is Enough\u201d.<\/p>\n
As Albanian citizens and friends of the USA, we call upon the Department of State to ensure that USA representative in Albania Ms. Yuri Kim will respect her diplomatic status and will immediately cease and desist from interfering with Albanian internal politics and with institutions.<\/p>\n
We are convinced that only proper diplomacy can assist our democracy and address the ongoing deterioration of the image of the USA among Albanians, who have always considered the USA to be a model of freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
