P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Rithemelimit t\u00eb PD, Albana Vokshi dhe Klevis Balliu, kan\u00eb ndjekur sot vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e akuzuar p\u00ebr djegien e flamurit serb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, pas protest\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs. P\u00ebr ta u mor vendimi lirim me detyrim paraqitjeje, por Vokshi dhe Balliu e konsideruan procesin si politik.<\/p>\n
Vokshi akuzoi kryeministrin e vendit si urdh\u00ebruesin e arrestimit t\u00eb tyre\u201d \u201cEdi Rama urdh\u00ebroi arrestimin e protestuese kund\u00ebr planeve fam\u00ebkeqe antishqiptare. Ajo tha se se protestat q\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar nuk do t\u00eb ndalen.<\/p>\n
Sipas deputetes demokrate, arrestimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm, ndaj inkurajojm\u00eb organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb hetimet t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb objektive dhe t\u00eb mos marrin porosi nga Edi Rama.<\/p>\n
\u201cNuk vun\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion prova p\u00ebr faj\u00ebsin\u00eb e dy t\u00eb arrestuarve, ajo q\u00eb ka ndodhur \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb, qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protest\u00ebn e organizuar nga Partia e bene me te drejte ate gjest.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Gjykata e Apelit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb nuk I ka quajtur vepra penale gjestet apo ofendimet ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve , Duam ti b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije Edi Ram\u00ebs dhe kujtdo q\u00eb b\u00ebn veprime anti-shqiptare q\u00eb protestat do t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb. Arrestimi \u00ebsht\u00eb I paligjsh\u00ebm dhe inkurajojm\u00eb organin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb hetimi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb objective dhe t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb porosi nga Rama.<\/p>\n
Askush dhe asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb cenoj\u00eb vendimin e sovranit. Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb deputet, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkarkuar nga demokrat\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb votuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Komisioni po b\u00ebn mbledhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme dhe do ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije p\u00ebr protestat\u201d, tha Vokshi.<\/p>\n
