Rama dhe Vuçiçi janë organizatoret e projektit të infiltrimit Rus në gadishullin ballkanik përmes “Ballkanit të Hapur”.
Synimi i projektit të “Ballkanit të Hapur” është des-integrimi i Gadishullit Ballkanik nga Hemisfera Përendimore.
A janë anulluar marrëveshjet apo kontratat e “Ballkanit të Hapur” nga Rama/Shqipëria?

Plani i paraparë:
Faza 1
Krijimi i një hapësire ekonomike të unifikuar në Gadishullin Ballkanik, me rezervë valutore dinarin Serb dhe institucionin e një lideri/zëdhënësi të “Projektit të Ballkanit të Hapur” që nga viti 2019 sipas komunikimeve të Ramës në vitet 2018/2019 – Vuçiçit.
Faza 2
Marrëveshja e traktateve integruese me Unionin Ekonomik Rus dhe Euroaziatik. Reduktimi i negociatave me BE-në kjo duke u fokusuar në marrëveshjet ekskluzive me Bashkimin Europian. Pra hapja e tregut të Bashkimit Europian ndaj Rusisë.
Faza 3
Dominimi i ekonomisë së fuqishme Serbe në Gadishullin Ballkanik. Integrimi i ekonomive shqiptare në sistemin ekonomik serb. Përhapja e investimeve Serbe anembanë Gadishullit Ballkanik.
Faza 4
Ekspansioni i sistemit rrugor dhe hekurudhor Serb në funksion të dy objektivave:
a) Lëvizje më e shpejtë e mallrave
b) Dominim ushtarak Serb në Gadishullin Ballkanik.
Faza 5
Dominimi ekonomik Serb shoqëruar me atë politik në Gadishullin Ballkanik, organizimi i Parlamentit të Unifikuar për Rajonin e Ballkanit të Hapur.
Faza 6
Ndryshimi i emrit në: Jugosllavi.
Faza 7
Tërheqja e shteteve të Ballkanit nga NATO dhe deklarimi i neutralitetit ngjashëm me politikat e mëhershme të Jugosllavisë (unioni i të paangazhuarve; shenimi im) por me integrim të pjesshëm në kompleksin ushtarak të Moskës.
Rezultatet:
1. Desintegrim i fuqishëm i gadishullit Ballkanik nga Hemisfera Perëndimore dhe riafrim me Moskën/Kinën.
2. Destabilizimi i krahut jug-përendimor të NATO-s dhe destabilizimi i Bullgarisë, Hungarisë gjithashtu edhe të Rumanisë.
3. Defunksionalizimi i sistemit demokratik dhe sistemit të ligjit dhe së drejtës si dhe forcimi i kriminelëve autokratë në Ballkan si Rama, Vuçiçi, Dodiku, Basha (Tabaku/Alibeaj).
4. Eksodi masiv dhe rrënimi ekonomik i Gadishullit Ballkanik, përqëndrimi i ekonomive në strukturat kriminale dhe destabilizimi i mëtejshëm i shteteve lindore të Bashkimit Europian.
5. Deri sot traktatet dhe marrëveshjet e “Ballkanit të Hapur” nuk janë anulluar nga Rama /Shqipëria. Në këtë aspekt qeveria Rama po luan një lojë të dyfishtë me Procesin e Berlinit.
Çfarë duhet bërë:
1. Fuqizimi i shpejtë i shoqërisë civile dhe sektorit të tyre politik ku aktorët e të cilëve janë të besueshëm në të gjitha vendet Ballkanike. Kjo kërkon udhëheqës me përvojë si lideri i Partisë Demokratike partisë motër të Partive Popullore Europiane (PPE) dhe të tjerëve. Ata kanë besueshmërinë dhe besimin tonë që ata mund ta ndalojnë ri-integrimin e Ballkanit dhe kuptojnë që rruga e vetme është integrimi në BE deri në vitin 2026, përfshirë integrimin e Gadishullit të Ballkanit në Tregun e Bashkuar Europian.
2. Neutralizimi politik ndërkombëtar i aktorëve politikë pro-Rusë; Rama, Vuçiç, Dodik, Basha (Tabaku/Alibeaj).
3. Rivendosja e ligjit dhe së drejtës dhe demokracisë parkamentare përfshirë lirinë e fjalës dhe medias në Gadishullin Ballkanik.

The aim of the “Open Balkan” project is the robust reintegration of the Balkan Peninsula from the Western Hemisphere. Have the agreements and/or contracts “Open Balkan” been cancelled by Rama/Albania?

What is foreseen:
Phase 1
Creation of a single economic space in the Balkan Peninsula, with a reserve currency, the Serbian dinar and the institution of a leader/spokesperson of the “Open Balkan Project”, since 2019, according to Rama’s communication in 2018/2019: Vucic.
Phase 2
Agreement of integration treaties with Russian, Eurasian Economic Union. Reduction of talks with the EU , focus on exclusive trade agreements with the EU. Thus opening the EU market to Russia.
Phase 3
Dominance of the stronger Serbian economy on the Balkan Peninsula. Integration of the Albanian economies, subordination to the Serbian economy. Spread of Serbian investment throughout the Balkan Peninsula.
Phase 4
Serbian-initiated expansion of the rail and road network in the Balkan Peninsula, linked to 2 goals:
a. Faster movement of goods
b. Serbian military dominance on the Balkan Peninsula.
Phase 5
Serbia’s economic dominance is followed by its political dominance in the Balkan Peninsula, organisation of a unified parliament for the Open Balkan Region.
Phase 6
Change of name to: Yugoslavia
Phase 7
Withdrawal of the Balkan states from NATO and declaration of neutrality along the lines of the old Yugoslavia, but with partial integration into Moscow’s military complex.
Results:
1.Robust reintegration of the Balkan Peninsula from the Western Hemisphere, rapprochement with Moscow/China.
2. destabilisation of NATO’s south-western flank and destabilisation of Bulgaria and Hungary as well as Romania.
3. the dysfunctionality of the democratic system and the rule of law as well as the stabilisation of the criminal autocrats Rama, Vucic, Dodic , Basha ( Tabaku/Alibeaj) in the Balkans.
4. mass exodus and economic decline of the Balkan Peninsula, concentration of the economies on the criminal structures and further destabilisation of the eastern EU states.
5. the “Open Balkans” treaties and/or agreements have not been cancelled by Albania/Rama to date. In this respect, the Rama government is organising a double game in the Berlin Process.
What is to be done:
1. massive strengthening of civil societies and their political sector, in all Balkan countries whose actors are reliable . This requires experienced leaders, such as the leader of the EPP’s sister party, the DP, Sali Berisha, and others. They have the reliability and our trust that they can stop the reintegration of the Balkans and realise the integration into the EU by 2026, including the inclusion of the Balkan Peninsula into the European Single Market.
2. political and international neutralisation of the pro-Russian actors: Rama, Vucic, Dodic, Basha (Tabaku/Alibeaj).
3. restoration of the rule of law and parliamentary democracy, including freedom of the press, in the Balkan Peninsula.
